How Can Home Assistance Help?

For many elderly or infirm people first class residential care is very beneficial in providing a quality of life they might otherwise be unable to enjoy.

But it’s not for everyone. While some embrace the greater security and sense of community, others value their privacy and independence more, drawing comfort and reassurance from the home they may have lived in for many years.

These people choose to continue living in their own home but sometimes - through illness or old age - they may need some extra support in doing so.

While close relations and family are often more than willing to help, the demands of a career and a young family may mean than time is at a premium - and so professional drop-in support spans the gap created by the demands of modern living.

How Does the Service Work

Every client is different and has specific needs. So,before agreeing a Care Schedule,  one of our senior staff visits the prospective client in their home.  This initial assessment is completed free of charge. Through meeting with them - or consulting with a family member- we construct a Support Profile unique to each client based on their individual requirements, place of residence, health status, and personal preferences.

Once both parties have agreed the level and frequency of support that is appropriate we design a Care Plan  and assign a member of staff who can best deliver it.
